Set-up starts at 7am on the day of the train show.
Please pull up to the garage door and unload as fast as possible. When done unloading please park as far away as possible to keep parking spots for visitors open.
Parking spots are available in the circled area.
When you get to the loading zone, please check in with our staff (wearing Michael’s Trains shirts.
You will receive a vendor pass, and we will guide you to your tables.
We will hand out the vendor instructions with a feedback section.
Please return the vendor pass and the feedback to the admission table after the show.
We will open the door to the public at 10am.
Unloading should be done between 9:30am and 9:45am.
Please try not to take down your tables before 3pm.
